Jeeves Raises $110 Million to Scale Its Stablecoin-Native Banking Platform for Global Enterprises

Jeeves today announced it has raised $110 million in a Series C-1 equity financing led by CoinFund to expand its stablecoin-native banking platform across 35 countries, launch proprietary stablecoin wallets, and embed AI more deeply into how enterprises spend, collect and move money.

The round includes participation from AllianceBernstein, Andreessen Horowitz, Coinbase Ventures, CRV, GIC, Global PayTech Ventures, Financial Technology Partners, ParaFi Capital, SquareOne Capital, Vista, Wintermute Ventures, Y Combinator and others. Founders building in the space also joined, including Zach Abrams (Bridge, OUSD), Sean Neville (Circle, Catena), Henri Stern (Privy), Prabhakar Reddy and Karan Shah (OpenFX), Sam Broner (Better Money Co.) and Ricardo Marino, Global Chairman at Itaú.

“Excited to announce our $110M raise to scale our stablecoin-native banking platform for global enterprises across 35 countries (10 new countries!),” founder and CEO Dileep Thazhmon wrote on LinkedIn. “Our stablecoin business crossed $1.5B annualized volume in just 8 months, driven by enterprise demand. Since signing the Series C-1 term sheet, revenue has grown more than 50% in a few months. Our pace is accelerating.”

Jeeves gives finance teams physical and virtual corporate cards, cross-border payments and payouts, credit lines, local and dollar accounts, and the spend-management and accounts-payable software that ties them together. Enterprises including BMW, Burger King, H&M, Lululemon and Nubank already run on the platform. Over the past year, AI and stablecoins have pushed the company to an inflection point: Jeeves now has fewer employees than it did two years ago, while revenue and volume have grown more than 10x, crossing $5 billion in annualized total payment volume.

“The enterprises we work with are global by default, needing cards and payments that span continents, and every one of them is tired of banking infrastructure that wasn’t built for that,” Thazhmon said. “The next decade of global banking will be agentic and seamless between stablecoin and fiat. To build this, companies need to own the primitives directly. This chapter is being written right now, and small teams with big ambition, powered by AI and stablecoins, will write it. We intend to be the company that defines it.”

Alongside the financing, Jeeves is launching four product expansions:

  • Stablecoin wallets. Custom-built wallets supporting USDC and USDT, with payouts to 190 countries, inside a single platform. Enterprises can hold, send and receive dollar-denominated digital assets without stitching together a separate crypto stack.

  • Cards in 10 more countries. Jeeves is extending its award-winning expense-management platform to Argentina, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay, Panama, Guatemala and other markets, taking coverage to 35 countries.

  • Accounts receivable. Alongside cards and accounts payable, Jeeves is launching an AR module, starting in Brazil, in response to one of its largest customer requests.

  • Global AI Spend Tracker. Finance teams operating across multiple countries can now see AI spend across models, markets and currencies — Claude in pesos, OpenAI in pounds — and measure what actually drives ROI.

Jeeves has also opened an office in Madrid to accelerate expansion across EMEA, with a focus on stablecoin payment corridors between Europe and the rest of the world.

CoinFund, which led the round, said Jeeves has built a full enterprise stack that runs corporate cards and invoice payments on top of stablecoins, while abstracting the complexity away from the CFO. “We’re honored and excited to be your partner through this next chapter,” CoinFund commented on Thazhmon’s announcement.

The raise comes as Jeeves deepens a strategy it began earlier this year with Instant Pay and a stablecoin-backed corporate card, products designed to settle international payments in minutes rather than days. A majority of the company’s international payment volume now moves on stablecoin rails. AI is already generally available inside Jeeves workflows for spend, reconciliation and operations, and the new capital will extend that work into agentic tools for treasury and payouts.

“Thank you to our customers, teammates and investors for the trust you put in us every day,” Thazhmon wrote. “If you want to shape the future of global money at the cutting edge of stablecoins and AI, come build it with us. It won’t be easy but it will be fun. Day one of this next chapter starts now. It’s time to build.”
