Craft.co gives procurement and supply chain teams a continuously updated view of the companies they depend on. Large enterprises buy from thousands of suppliers, and the information about those suppliers is scattered across filings, credit reports, news, sanctions lists, and self-reported questionnaires that go stale the moment they are submitted. The result is that risk is usually discovered after it materialises: a tier-two supplier fails, a site goes offline, an ownership change creates a compliance problem, and the buyer learns about it from the disruption rather than from the data.
Craft aggregates and validates data from thousands of financial and alternative sources into structured supplier profiles, then monitors them for the signals that precede failure or exposure. Selling into procurement is difficult but durable, because the data becomes embedded in supplier onboarding and review workflows, and public-sector work such as the company’s Department of Defense engagement carries validation that is hard to acquire otherwise. Founded in 2014 in San Francisco, Craft fits the agentic applications thesis: continuous machine judgment applied to a monitoring problem no team could staff manually.
