Jericho Security, founded in 2023, is a New York-based company, focusing on defending enterprises against the rising tide of generative AI-powered phishing attacks. Co-founded by Sage Wohns (CEO), a veteran AI technologist and former CEO of Agolo, Tim Hwang, co-founder and CEO of FiscalNote, and Dan Chyan, a cybersecurity expert and founding partner of PKC Security, the company brings decades of expertise to the table. Their mission is to pioneer a new frontier in cybersecurity they call “AI Containment,” using AI to fight AI-driven threats head-on. The platform leverages proprietary generative AI, dubbed CyberGPT, to create hyper-realistic, personalized phishing simulations that train employees to spot and stop sophisticated attacks. Its system uses custom LLMs hosted privately, and brokered dark web data to mimic real-world threats.
